As the founders and leaders, Bryant and Chelsea Applegate pioneered Forge City Church in 2021. This pioneering began with a stirring from the Lord back in the Spring of 2015 where Bryant felt the Lord pressing the calling of ministry upon his life.

Through much personal growth and many signs and confirmations from the Lord, the Applegate’s have followed God’s prompting to Lexington, KY. Pastor Bryant and Chelsea have been called to facilitate this movement of God that He is orchestrating through Forge City Church. Pastor Bryant has a heart for seeing the people of Lexington and all the surrounding areas to meet and encounter Jesus Christ in an intimate way that brings a life-along transformation.

Pastor Bryant and Chelsea now live in the Hamburg Area of Lexington, KY with their four children: Nolan, Silas, Milo, & Violet.
